That’s a win, not a waste. You leave with a Go / Pivot / Kill scorecard, a ranked backlog of higher-value opportunities, and all research assets—saving you months of burn on the wrong idea.

Can we plug your Experiment Lab assets into our existing mar-tech stack?

Yes. Landing pages are delivered as Webflow, ad creatives (if applicable) in Figma; tracking via Google Tag Manager + Looker Studio dashboard. Everything is platform-agnostic, so your team can port assets into HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo without re-builds.

What if data says ‘Kill’?

You exit with a pivot plan + minimal sunk cost.

Do you need access to our CRM?

Not full access. A CSV export of key fields (account name, size, contact role, status) is enough for ICP scoring. If you prefer, we work inside a read-only HubSpot/Salesforce sandbox you provision.

How are demand tests set up?

Fast, no-code stack: lightweight landing page (Carrd / Webflow Lite), embedded form (Tally / Typeform), tracked with UTM links and a simple Google Sheet KPI dashboard. You approve copy before anything goes live.

What formats do we get at the end?

PDF + editable Slide deck (Trend Pulse, Opportunity Canvas), Notion/CSV export of interview insights, Google Sheet KPI data, and a zipped folder of all test assets. Everything is yours to reuse in fundraising.
